Payment: A full payment or deposit (training tours only) must be made in full to guarantee your spot in the class. If you are automatically converted into a participant due to another student cancelling, you have 72 hours to complete payment or your spot will be released to the next person on the waiting list. Notifications will come from firstname.lastname@example.org and/or by text to the phone number listed in your registration. There is a small amount of money available as a scholarship if you are unable to pay the full amount.
Refunds: Refunds are not issued automatically due to limitations in the course software. You must email us at email@example.com to request a refund. We are huge supporters of our military members and may be able to offer an exception to this policy for military members who receive unexpected deployment orders that conflict with their training dates.
ADV Training CAMP Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel 91 or more days from your training dates, your tuition will be fully reimbursed minus a $100 fee. If you cancel between 46 and 90 days from your start date, you will receive a 50% refund. No tuition reimbursement is possible within 30 days of training due to overhead costs associated with preparing the training and the difficulty in replacing your spot.
ADV Training TOUR Cancellation Policy:
A $1200 deposit is required to secure your spot on the roster. Any registration made within 75 days of the class start date requires full payment at time of registration. Any remaining tuition balance is due 75 days prior to the start of training.
It is extremely difficult for riders to alter their summer plans on short notice, especially for a mid-week tour. Cancellations often go unfilled, leaving us in a very tight spot. Therefore, please read the following carefully:
